im looking for a 19oz weight bolt for a pechauer and a 18oz weight bolt for a sniper II j/b cue....i googled and couldnt find them if anybody has some for sale or knows were i can get one thatd be great.

make sure you post a WTB in the For sale bulletin. I'm assuming you're looking for a bolt to make your entire cue weigh the weights listed, might be something to ask about in the cue maker forum as well. Good luck!

The biggest chunk in terms of weight comes from the wood, inlays, joints, butt cap and all the other components.

As far as I know, weight bolts usually come in approximately 1/4 oz. increments and are used for nailing down the final precise weight and balance of a cue. They can be had in steel, aluminum and other materials.

Atlas Billiards and/or Prather are both good sources for weight bolts and just about everything you need to build a cue (except machines).

Pechauer weight bolts have color coded heads. What color is yours, and by how much do you want to increase/decrease the weight?

Mine is dark blue, my pechauer weighs 19.5 and i want it down to 19, and the sniper II is 17oz i want it to be 18oz, sorry for the confusion.

Is there a possibility of grinding off whatever percentage you need removed? Might be cheaper.
