I am currently a retailer for Adams cues, and I will say this the cues in the link you provided are not really good quality. I have sold a number of them (40 or 50) and I find the quality to hit and miss. However, you get what you pay for, and these cues are not expensive by any means.
Here is another link to the Billiards Warehouse with a different listing of Adams cues. These are a little more expensive, however, they are also very good quality and in my opinion well worth what the above company is selling them for.
