Well as I started a thread this a.m.,”Pool Stuff you would NEVER BUY again”, and am HOUSE BOUND today waiting for the Cable Man.

Thought it would be fair to as the Question What is the best pool product you ever bought? Stuff that works, and is worth the Price Paid for it. Plus you would buy it again....

My list is Long starting with:

My Whitten Case, has a few flaws, like I wish the Pockets were Bigger, and there were Bumpers for the Cue Butts. (so the Cue Butts Stuck up Higher) But they are an AWSOME CASE..... :p Plus I got a GREAT E-bay Deal for em... :D

Master Green Chalk

Q Smooth Burnishing Papers

Two Position Q Claw

Combination Chalk Holder/Tip Pic

Pair Folding Reading Classes as they fit in my Cue Case, (can't see for S**T to read with out em)

Willard Dime Shaped

Spinali Moose Head Bridge

So.....What is the best pool product you ever bought????

Guess I would have to start my list with my new toy, the Break Rak, then my Tiger shaft, Slipstic, Jerico j/b, Instroke case, Science of pocket billiards book.

I could keep going on but..

Tip Pick, greatest pool innovation since jointed cues.

The best purchase I ever made for pool was lessons. Improving my game made me enjoy the time I spent playing more, what could be more valuable than that :D

Im also very happy with my Madison Bob cue, and my Instroke case.

Ned Morris jump cue bar none. I think he sold the design to Stealth, but I have a Ned original.

Accu Stat videos. I learned so much from those videos and am so thankful that they were available to me when I started out. I was asking every good player I ran across many, many questions and was getting BS back for answers. Either they didn't know, didn't know how to explain or didn't want to give it up. Billy, Grady, Nick, Buddy and all the other players and commentators put me on the right track and helped me discover the real game.

And it is Soooo not about who's winning and losing.

pocket reducers here also.
no doubt about it.
really forces you to concentrate, and then gives you some confidence once you take them off.

Tom "Dr Cue" Rossman thought very highly of them.

Favorite Products...

I try to do as much research as possible so I end up with as few paper weights as possible... :)

Here's my list:

Masters Blue - Tweeten Fiber...is there another chalk?
Slip Stic - it works!...nuff said...
Tiger Paw - 5 Cue Holder - folds to fit in your small pocket!...genius
Brown Leather Pocket Chalker - Beads and Billiards - great!
Cue Cube - another Beads and Billiards winner...
Q-Wiz - yet another winner!

All great products that I have no regrets with...my next investment will be a two day intensive clinic with Tom Simpson BCA Master Instructor...I'm certain it will be my best investment to date...

My Joe Porper case, followed up by my Jay Flowers case. Those launched a career for me.

Gadget-wise I have to give props to Joe Porper for his Tip Clamps, I have used those many, many times and find them to be the best ever.

The Ultimate Tip Tool is the best tip tool with the Cue Tip Super Tool about to replace it.

Micro-Mesh is the best sandpaper shaft conditioner I have ever used.

The McDermott leather burinsher is the best one of those - with Jack Justis's a close second.

The Foam Bridge is the best portable bridge head I have ever used.

Other than that I could pretty much live without most of the other gadgets I have ever bought. And believe me, between Fred and I there might be some debate as to who owns (or has owned) more pool-chotch. In addition to what I do buy I am often given a lot, more now in my position at Sterling.

The cue lathe and accessories I use for cue repair.

I really like the ultimate tip tool, those shavers, and burnishers since they bring me loads of work.
