What do you think maybe the reason?
My friend told me that he joined a tournment in one of his favorite pool hall in his town and paid all the tourney fees. Fortunately, he won the tour. He was informed by the organizer that his trophy can be claimed after 1 month in order to give them time to put his name on the brass plate.
But months passed by and yet no trophy was given to him.
Week after week of follow up have been made but same answers were given, "trophy not yet available, call next week". And weeks past again and yet no trophy.
There was a time that the organizer was even sarcastic and furious everytime he follows up what is due to him.
I told him that tour organizers must not be patronized. All participants have paid their respective fees before the tounament.
It is just unfair that your prize is delayed.
Would you believe the organizer yet he holds monthly tounaments. With the same results, no trophies.
Will you accept the following reasons for the organizers delay?
1.The organizer is busy.
2.The organizer is trying to raise at least 1 doz. trophies in order to have discounts for his purchase. (3 trophies are given during each tour, so he needs to organized at least 4 tours in order have 1 doz. trophies to avail of discounts)
3.Some players are not yet paid as of this time.
For me, I think the organizer is using the tour funds for other reasons. He may be experiencing financial problems.
