So I have a cue and I am trying to date and set a value to it. I'm told it's vintage and worth a lot of $$$$$. It's a Viking 3 point, custom, inlay, exotic, ivory joint and ferrule, no number cue. Check the photos. I was told it could be worth $10,000.00 to the rite buyer. Any ideas? Please call Mathew @ 571-393-8204 If you know for sure.

I saw two cues in the trusty Blue Book that resembled this cue, with minor variations.
A-160 (early 80's) and VM-16 (late 90's)
Either way $200-$400 depending on the condition, and I agree with the Blue Book on the value.

Nice cue, I'm sure it plays good, just not a valuable cue.

$10,000 !!!!! Somebody's having a little fun with you. It's a common production Viking cue. Unless I'm wrong and it's a rare one maybe a couple hundred bucks.

Sorry partner the cue is not that valuable. In 1996 the retail price for that cue was $230, in it's present condition it is worth around $180 if it is straight together and apart. There were some different earlier models that look similar but the style of the way Viking is written identifies when the cue was made.

Take Care

$100-$125, I've seen a few like this one on eBay.
Not sure of the year it was made cause I never looked into them

If you're not trolling, Mathew, then go and smack the fool that told you that ;)
Even better, go and tell them they were right, and you will gladly sell it to them for 50% off.
