Maybe I'm an oddball, but I don't really have the need for multiple shaft slots in comparison to butt slots. I get the idea and I'm sure that 3x6s, 3x5s, 2x4s, etc. work well for other players. But I would think that there have to be others out there like me that prefer the 1 shaft to 1 butt ratio for their cue case.
I currently carry a Joe Porper 4x4 vinyl case which works great for me and I love the functionality, but I'd have to trade functionality for shaft/butt configuration if I want to upgrade to a nicer leather cue case. I have yet to see another 3x3 or 4x4 cue case on the market.
Guess I'll just have to stick with what I have.
