Why cant anyone make a Fellini style Case 2x2

I have been searching for months for a case to be 2x2 Fellini style or G.T.F Style? Anyone know who can make it or where I could find one?

I dont need it covered in leather and it doesnt even have to be round. I just want it to be SUPER thing and protect the cue.
 
Mostly because that style of case is hard to build due to the specifications.

We could build one though so I'm not sure if you asked us. We are just not building that style at this time.
