... In tennis, John McEnroe was known for losing his cool and throwing his racket around while yelling and screaming. I'm sure he didn't hate losing more than the other players, he was just another hot head a-hole ...
John eventually got therapy. Here is a brief documentary for those younger readers not familiar with his history

As for Pinegar, he is currently ranked 124th. So, no.

Man, even if the US had 3 Sky's and 2 SVB's, they still wouldn't be the favorite, LOL!. It doesn't matter who get's on the team. Europe gets the pick from several different countries, the US only gets the US. Need to open the west to Canada, Mexico and South America. MR claims to want worldwide participation at all events and they are accomplishing that, its time to adjust the cup same as all the other events. Alex and Morra would be nice additions, even so, if you made a 5 man team with the best players that don't make the European team, the US is still in trouble...

That said two ( ( Justin B. and Mike D.) aren't part of the equation as of now bumping John P up to a tie for being in the top 4 of US players

Give him a shot with the understanding that he's on a short leash, or in other words, one strike and he's out

Letting him practice with the team while they get ready would be an easier way for the coach to see what's what. Along with some of the younger talent too.

One guy who is rarely mentioned who has high ability level and is level headed is Jesse Engel. Perhaps he just doesn't play enough to be seriously considered
