Wooden Cue Cases - Info Please

Guy I know is interested in having a 2x2 to 2x4 wooden cue case made.
Hardwood, suitcase variety.
Can anyone provide info on folks that do this kind of thing?

used to build them and sell them on Ebay. Nice work but I never saw one in person. No contact info either .... sorry ....

A guy locally, Robert F., has two, hand built and absolutely amazing in materials, innovations, etc, truly one of a kind, each of them is. I think he might sell one but I know he would be looking for at least a thousand if not two thousand .... :eek: and honestly ... worth whatever he asks in that range. Anyone that hangs around Hollywood Biliards in So Fl has seen them. Let me know if it is worth running him down for a price and pictures. Shouldn't be difficult, just hate jerking someones chain for nothing. :o
 
Doc, thanks for the info, but it's for sure my guy won't want to spend that much.
Saw FF's site, and he makes no mention of cases any longer. Seems to be devoted entirely to photography.
