Joe
I am not an expert and don't see a lot of cues (except mine) in this hay field in Montana, but I think you are referring to a very famous and much photographed cue by Thomas Wayne. I don't know much about it so maybe you can tell Bruce how many $100,000s it is valued at.

Page 75 of the first Blue Book and yes it was a Wayne. The only thing missing is the snake skin TW used along side the skeleton.

I don't think it was 100,000. I don't have any idea but can speculate maybe it was 30-40k? But I don't know.

Yeah...I'm sure that Thomas fumes every time he sees this kind of stuff. A friend and I were at the BCA Trade Show a number of years ago. We were in a conversation with Thomas Wayne, Bill Schick, Paul Mottey and a couple of other unknowns. Nearby, Leonard Bludworth and Joe Porper were chatting when some oriental gentlemen started taking pictures of some cues. Leonard came close to committing mayhem and I think Joe was not far behind him. It's a shame to have your creativity turned to crap in some factory in China. "Anti-CNC hardhat", LMFAO! Joe you're killing me!

Not to turn this into something geo-political or racial (I'm a pretty laid back kinda guy) but "oriental" is used to describe objects, like furniture and rugs. "Asian" is the term for people like me, LOL.

Now I personally don't condone all the pirated crap that comes out of Asia, hell I work for my local Dept of Consumer Affairs. But you want to know what the funny thing is? Most of that crap is bought up by Americans. I live in NYC's Chinatown and its chock full of pirated goodies and all the tourists from outta state and the burbs buy bags of that junk. Go figure.
