I just bought another Blevins cue on ebay, but the shaft is wrong. Does anyone have a 3/8x10 shaft with this style ring work that they will sell.

This is only a suggestion, but if everything is straight and that shaft fits good, send the cue to a cuebuilder and have them change the ring on this shaft to match, or have them build you a matching shaft. That is the only way to be sure of a decent fit, etc.

are you sure that's a 3/8-10... looks alot like 3/8-11 SW pin... i think that's what blevins was using...

just check that's all...
good luck with your hunt..

SW pins is what cues on that cue .
but 3/8.10 pin is andy gilbert.

3/8 x 10 pin

It is commonly thought that blevins used a 3/8x11, becuase that is what the bluebook says; however, I have always used 3/8x10 shafts with my blevins cues and they fit fine. In fact, a southwest shaft will not fit on a blevins cue. I've tried several times with different southwest shafts.

Yes the pin is 3/8x 10. Nice find. I played with a Blevins for close to 10 years. IMO, If that shaft fits that butt, and you like the way it hits, I would pay to have the rings changed. It's much cheaper and not that big of a deal. The rings look similar to a cue that I made last year. How many positions is the ring indexed? I might have a ring already made up that you can have. Do you have a cue guy close by?

My cue.
