WTB: A beginner cue maintenance kit

Hey!

I am in charge of taking care of the cues used in our local youth center, and the time has come to replace the tips of some cues. I have never done it, but I guess I am quite handy with stuff like that.

I see many cue maintenance kits on ebay, but I guess they all suck, they have stuff like spots, chalks etc in the kit. I really only need the essentials for cue tip replacement and a proper shaper.

I think there is no need for the glue, I can just buy some random superglue from local stores.

The shipment would have to be sent to Estonia, I know a lot of you guys hate shipping overseas :p

Sorry, forgot to add that it would be cool if the kit included:

* ~10 low end cue tips (elkmaster or a like) 14mm
* one high-end quality cue tip for personal cue, price at about ~10$, 14mm, soft.
