I see some of the sellers here have these in their pics, ga9ball, travd, CMD, off the top of my head, they have them.

So, who may have these for sale or can point me to where they are available, I'd appreciate it.

best,
brian kc
p.s. I am attempting to post a travd picture below of a nice frey sneaky he is selling. Hope he doesn't mind - it shows the green cradles I'm referring to. Lets see if it works.

KC,

Get a short length of 1"x2" board/slat. Cut two pieces off about 4" in length each. Draw a line across each piece at the halfway mark (2" mark). Take a 1 1/4" and a 3/4" holesaw and drill a hole on the center mark of the two lines you just drew. Saw the two pieces in half at the mark, sand smooth, and put a stain/finish on them (optional), and you will have two sets of cue holders for photography purposes.

Maniac (or just buy some and save yourself some work )

Pretty sure he already purchased 2 as there were 7 in stock when I checked a few minutes ago and now only 5 in stock.

let's see, go out into the 26 degree garage, dig out the suggested cold-assed power tools, probably cut off more than one finger (that's always the case when it's this cold - you don't realize your whacking fingers til like the 3rd one), then spend new years day watching football from a hospital bed where I contract the unavoidable respiratory flu...

OR

about 6 mouse clicks on amazon and it's on the way. :grin-square:

you know which way I went.

thank you, though.

. Muellers has them for sure. Called a pocket lathe?!?! $24. The base breaks down so they can be transported!?!? in a flattened state. Put in pocket lathe in the search function. They don't show up in the regular categories.

Search function didn't work. Google pocket lathe Muellers and it goes right to it.

Not sure if any are left on Amazon. I just bought a set and there were 4 when I bought mine. Handy for repairs and for taking better pictures.

I think I just bought the last one.

KC.. thanks for asking the question. I don't think I would ever have bothered looking for these, let alone buying them, if you hadn't started this thread. Some green coming your way =)

Chris

Well guys, it looks like I wasn't the only one who was thinking about these. :)

And, yes, sure enough, they went down to zero inventory at amazon and, voila, 18 more appeared like magic but at a buck more.

I've made a mental note of all az'ers on this thread who said they ordered one and I fully expect all future pics of cues for sale by them to not only be displayed on this neat new gadget, but also, that their cues should have beautifully shaped meaty tips. :D

Thanks again CMD, for the link.

Happy New Year!

Didnt think these would be so popular, they are for sale at Muellers if we get 12 people they are $12.50 each, if enough people wish to purchase a set I will be happy to purchase 12 and then ship them out to everyone, so price would be $12.50 + actual shipping + paypal fees I am sure this would be less than $20 each.
