Read somewhere on here that there was a patent issue..something about a person here in the US had patented the design already..

i heard something like Mezz didn't patent the design in the US so someone else went and did it after the fact - forcing them to have to stop selling that design here. I think Mezz has a new version coming out soon.

Just call Milt Hymen (Miltonio Cues) and see if you can pick up a simple one from him. He can build one in any length you want, and whatever wood.
