Just like the title says. I'm not partial to leather or linen. Would like it to be in the 19oz range, piloted ivory joint, and ivory ferrules. I want it as a player, as my 12A I feel is to fancy to take to the bar :).

2500 is what ernie charges for a 19A (thats the model you are asking about) Ernie is NOT making anymore plain jane cues...and his wait is over 2 years right now - I know because I have a couple of cues on order.
 
Yeh Kevin and I have been in contact about his 19A. I just wanted to see if there was anything else out there.

Ernie didn't make that many of them, and most went to Japan. Last batch there were some cancellations from Japan because of fear of the ivory ferrules and I sold those cues here and eBay, so those cues are somewhere, but they had SS joints. Plus, I think those that have the lower-end Ginas know that Ernie really doesn't want to make them anymore, so a lot of those guys are holding tight.

If the one I have was a fit for you, you would have bought it by now.

Most of the SS joint 19As went to Japan, the ivory jointed ones that stayed here were mostly at least as fancy as the one I have if not more. Ginas don't go down in value and that was when the waiting list was 3 to 6 months. Now he's at a year or two and doesn't want to make the lower-end stuff (and of course at 69 y/o the possibility of retirement looms). I don't think the people that are hanging on are wrong.

Ernie makes a lot of cues and has been doing it forever so there's a lot of them out there. Not so many 19As really, when he had a catalog that cue was never shown and was never on his price lists. He started making then relatively recently for the Japanese market. But anyway, there's a lot of Ginas out there and your search ought to turn up something interesting.

I might have what your looking for...I have a black ebony ivory joint ringtail lizard wrap with the fancy ivory and silver rings 19a that I been considering selling...
