WTT Jim Buss Titlist

GoTulane

Shizzle-rific
Well,

I just got this cue in this morning, bought it for a friend, but he decided he can't afford it now. So I am offering this one up for trades - cash offers listened to, but no price set - want to see what someone will trade.
Have no problem keeping this cue, but I thought I would ask - why not?

Very simple design Jim Buss titlist conversion.

Here are the specs and info on the cue:

2006 Jim Buss Rosewood Titlist
2 shafts 12.9 with melamine , 12.95mm with melamine. Both shafts come with layered tips
Joint protectors included
Cue features a 3/8 x 10 joint.
Signed 6-18-2006 Jim Buss Titlist
Cue weighs 19 ounces. Length 58 inches
Condition: Some very Minor dings from normal play and blueing on both shafts - 90 - 95% condition.
Pics do not show brand new burgundy leather wrap that was added.

Very nice and bright veneers.

So anybody have trades available for a Buss Titlist conversion?

Post, PM, or email me with offers - gotulane@bellsouth.net

Thanks,

Michael

A nice classic cue conversion

Sending replies to all PM's. Thanks for the offers. Any final ones before I make a decision?

The wrap

Is the new wrap textured or smooth leather?

Thanks,

Doug

It is a smooth burgundy and black wrap. Made to look textured, but smooth. I will try to take pics in the next few minutes, and post for all to see.

This cue use to belong to MasterClass and is a solid player. The SS half-joint hits really well.

Bump

Any other trade offers out there? Just one last check before I decide.

Michael

Will even do cue and cash for a trade either up or down.

Looks like a deal is on the way

Well, looks like I found a trade - just ironing out the details.

Thanks for all of the offers.

Need some help

Had the question come up about the cue, whether this is a TRUE titlist conversion, and not a blank made by Jim Buss, I am sure that it is a TRUE Brunswick conversion, but can some others chime in to help me?

All help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Michael

You can ask the buyer to contact Jim Buss directly.

He made the cue for me. I bought the blanks off ebay and had it sent directly to Jim.

I still have pics of the blanks in the unconverted state.

The second owner took a couple of hits with this cue and traded his southwest with me for it. But thats another story.

It is not a blank made by Jim Buss. But even if it is it should cost more not less. PM me for clarification if need be.

Thanks for the help. Cue hits great, and trade fell through, so it is still available. Looking for a Scruggs, mottey, white player's cue - something nice that matches the playability and history of this Jim Buss titlist conversion.

Hell, does the second owner have another SW to trade for it again?:D

Still taking offers, but no rush.

Cash flow problem - price reduced

Well, the wife is spending money faster than I can make it, so this cue is wrapped and ready to go. Will ship USPS priority mail to the first person who wants to pay xxxx.

Cash is king

Bump - Anybody want a nice titlist conversion by Jim Buss - one of the 12 cuemaker's in the Smithsonian.

Just let me know - taking offers.

Michael

Cue and cash trade also welcome - make me an offer.

Well it is available again.

Wasn't quite what somebody wanted, so I got it back on the market. I will have it back on Thursday, but any interest, let me know.
