20-25 handicaps I'd think would be much lower on this Fargo scale. I think this is likely skewed too high
I'd think im also a better pool player than golfer sitting about 600 but high single digit golf handicap
Tennis is also much longer, with almost every point (15-0,30-0 ) e.t.c being almost equivalent to a pool rack in terms of all the back and forth between players.

I think part of the reason some of the top players are favoring less cue ball movement now is the always slick/ fresh felt the slide on them off multiple rails is tougher to predict and control
