What is the best & your favorite shaft !!!

from what I tried, and there were many, Mezz WD700 is good. Jacoby Hybrid Edge and SS360 (SS360/2) stand out the most. I play with SS360/2 by Bob Danielson now.

Pechauer's P+ pro also hits pretty good but I didn't study it long enough. I didn't try OB Classic, but other OB shafts are as dead as Predators when it comes to hit and feedback.

And I have high hopes for BD Cues SS360.
The best OB shaft is the Pro-Plus, basically its the same shaft as the Tiger Pro-X but with more squirt and less feedback. Stick with The Tiger Pro-x!

This guy is correct, OB and Predator are dead, go bury yourselves!

I agree, but I think if you try the Tiger Pro-X it will be your new favorite! Lots of action, no squirt and awesome feedback. Love my Mezz and Jacoby too!
Still waiting on my SS/360 from Bob! Hope it gets here next week!

Favorite so far.

Solid maple

I like solid maple shafts that are for my custom cues.

Have no use for 99% of the Laminated LD shafts on the market.
I would like to try out one of BOBS Laminated ld shafts .
Just because the man stands firmly behind his work.

Just for the record, over the years I have tried to get about 7 Laminated shaft repaired or replaced under warranty.

Not once did I get one replaced or repaired under warranty .
the score is Mike zero laminated shafts 7.

I play with a Mezz WX900 shaft with a Zan Premium Soft tip and it`s my favourite combination.
Nice taper and the 12mm tip diameter seems to be a good compromise between very thin 11.75mm shafts and the more common 12.75mm diameter like 314/2/3.
The fact that it`s a solid maple shaft and not a laminated shaft gives it a great feel and a nice sound when striking the ball.

I just recently got a Tiger X Pro in a trade and wow, what a good hitting shaft! The feel is incredible and it's super low deflection. I've been using a Jacoby Hybrid Edge and it's a great shaft but the Tiger feels better and has less deflection. I'm actually shocked how much I like it. I've tried OB Classic too and it's right there with the Jacoby I think, but doesn't feel as nice as the Tiger.

This " 2008 " post was not mine, but I found it interesting for those that missed it at the time. Not sure what the stats are now though.
