Where can you buy a ferrule less shaft? any dealers that produce and sell them?

I have a real nice Chuck Starkey wraples sneaky pete with a ferrule-less shaft. It is brand new.

I have about 20 mali cue shafts you can have for $100. Cut off the ferrules.LOL. Rod.
