LTB: Cue with budget of $200-$250

I thought it was time I upgraded from my Dufferin sneaky pete and I'm in the market for a new cue. I'd like to spend about $200 dollars (or less, that's even better :D), the most I'll go is $250 and that's my absolute limit. I hope to make this the playing cue that I won't have to buy another cue in decades because college is expensive :(.

It's a retired SP with green veneers Linen Wrap with a SS uni-lock joint Z shaft model SPJLW.
 
I have a jimi lee rosewood and maple i'll do it for 250 shipped this cue is new ,
 
Buy a dale perry off ebay. Good cue for the money. You can spend the other 100 on a lesson...everyone can use a lesson,or two.
