8-7 Shane, Dennis on a tough run.

Dennis grabs a ball out of play (13-ball), puts it on the table and lines up where he needs to line up the cueball for a shot on a troubled pair. Shane asks Dennis to hold on and gets a referee. Shane shows the referee what happened, and the ref calls a foul on Dennis.

Dennis concedes the game and match, hits the tied up balls and storms off.

Does Dennis have a drinking problem? That boy needs shock collar. What's next he calls a time out...grabs a set of balls and duplicates a layout on another table?

What an enigma.

Dude is in his own world. Somebody get that dude a rule book...
He should probably know the rules.

Glad svb called him on it, would have been easy to let it slide.

OMG
So it is foul and Shane gets BIH and you say there is a troubled pair, is it an out for Shane to win the game if they continued playing ?

It's not the same thing.
Having to call an obvious ten-ball was a Mickey Mouse rule...
...they eventually dropped it.

Using another ball to judge a shot is ridiculous.

Dennis pleading his case to the other Filipinos. Efren seems to be trying to explain to him what's is what. Ken Shuman now over there basically scoling Dennis.

It's a pretty obvious foul to use another ball for measuring. I wonder if Dennis didn't know it was a foul, or if he knew it was a foul but thought Shane wouldn't call him on it.

Not knowing/forgetting the rules is the same thing.

They do stuff like this in the Philippines. Dennis needs to know that he can't do it here or just about anywhere else. This time he is the one in the wrong. I will tell him myself.

I didn't see this.

Was the problem that Dennis lined up the shot on a different table as a sort of practice?
