Yes if you make the 9 ball on the break in any of the pockets other than bottom corners it's a win.A stupid question but just to clarify, I see on the tourney flyer it states there is no 9-ball to be made in the racking corners. I assume that pertains to the break only - in which you can't win the game if the 9-ball goes in either of the racking corner pockets, but you do win the game if the 9-ball goes in either of the other 4 pockets on the break shot? Do you spot it and get to keep shooting if the 9-ball is the only ball made on the break?

Make it in bottom corners it spots up and you continue shooting.
