If you're not familiar with Mike Erwin, he was the chief cue-maker at Meucci during their best years and is responsible for many of the greatest features of a Meucci cue. Mike parted ways with Bob Meucci and opened his own shop and has built some of the best cues I have seen come out of his hands. His son Scott Erwin has continued his father's quality work to this day. After speaking with Scott regarding this cue, he said it was one of his dad's finest pieces and today would command a large price to have it custom built.
