I believe Master of the Table only includes One-pocket, Banks, and 9-ball.

Bigfoot is an invitational 16 man tourney, so it would be unfair for it to count towards MotT, since there are like 600+ players that were not invited but still playing in the Derby.

Question, do you know if there was ever a time where someone won Master of the Table AND Bigfoot?

That has not occurred. But in 2010, when the 10-Ball Challenge was the "Fatboy" rather than the "Bigfoot" (on 9-footers rather than 10s), Efren Reyes won both the 10-Ball Challenge and the All-Around title. His All-Around title resulted from 2nd place in Banks, 20th/34th place in One-Pocket, and 1st place in 9-Ball.
