Where did you get the rails for a GC-1?
What did you use?
Nomenclature would be greatly appreciated.
I have a gentleman here in St Petersburg that has a venerable GC-1 and would benefit from knowing where to get the right rubber.

Cushions are the rubber part. Re-cushioning.
Rails are the wooden part.

May the spirit of RKC rise up to answer your questions.
Be cautious of some of the "advice" you may read from people, who use short cuts to recushion an older table. Usually older rails need to be trimmed on the mounting face to accept the newer types of cushions. It is called "recalibration" of a rail.
Most people do not know this and do not want to spend the extra money and just accept the table as is.
I'm just letting you know so you can make an educated decision.
If your Table Jockey doesn't mention or know about this, beware.
Recalibrating a set of rails can add expense to the table, but it will be correct and play great.
Replacing the rail bolt retainers is another good thing to do.
The screws holes tend to get stripped because of it's design. Too much pulling, not enough tooth.
Installing inserts fixes this, but again adds expense.
Your rails will not come loose later due to stripped screw holes.
I'm surprised that others answering your questions have not mentioned these desired and some feel necessary modifications in detail.
