Please take a look at these Andy Gilbert cues and give me an idea what to ask for them, also should I sell them here or will I have better luck on Flea-bay?

One is a Break jump, I think they are 2006, they come with Whitten 2X4 case also.

Thanks for looking.

My guess would be $1,100 - $1,500 for the pair and the case. This pricing takes into account the matching players/jump-break set with matching shafts, and the veneers in the j/b. Toward the higher end of the range implies there is ivory in the playing cue butt and shafts and that all 5 pieces roll perfectly straight.

I would offer the set for $1900. I think, in the right condition, you have $2500 there at reatil price anyway.

I would also sell the Whitten seperately. It doesn't match and is well used. Not an enhancement to the set...but a very desireable case on its own.

Seperate each item.

List them seperate on ebay starting at 1.00 with no reserve. When they sell, you will know exactly what they are worth.

On lower end cues like this, I feel ebay sells them for about the right amount.

Some on here might say they are worth $2500 or some other number but what they are really worth what they will sell for. If anyone on here feels they are worth $1900 or $2500, please direct them to the ebay thread selling them.

Just a rough estimate but I would say t he player retailed new for around 1300.00 and the jb retailed from 700.00 to 850.00. So brand new from Andy I would say these cues retailed around $2000.00 to $2200.00. We have had several of these sets over the years and they all have retailed over $2200.00. Matching sets are hard to come by from Andy. He has not made many of these. I just sold a set for 2300.00 here locally.

I agree this is a fair asking price(1650-1800).

Looking at them they can go for a lot more if you can find the right buyer.
Andy's name holds great..
pm me i know someone that might take them off your hands for a good price..

That would be way under priced for a matching set like his. More like $1600 on the low end up to about $2200 Provided everything is straight and in good condition.
