I think my buddy used to have an old ADAMS that looked just like that.

I have that ringwork so I would guess Adams/Helmstetter.

Looks to be around 1976-1982 model.

Yes, that is it. The Palmer logo is not on mine, and the bumper is a bit smaller.

Tate had emailed me and sent me a link also.

As it turns out, I could have figured it out myself.
I kept thinking, where have I seen that cue before, so I went into my archives and found a Palmer catalog they mailed to me in 1987, and my cue was in it. I even still ahd the original price sheet.
