Looks like a Ray schuler shaft

would appreciate any help identifing which kind of cue this shaft is made for, I dont know the thread size, but the piloting is unusual, it extends down 5/16ths below the ring and seems the ID is about 5/16.

Can't see enough of it to be sure, but it looks like a Schuler shaft. If it is, it would be 5/16x14 with the real long pilot.
