8 feet between the cue ball and object ball, open bridge too. Unbelievable. I am betting that is new cloth.

I have seen "Sarge" Jack Weems, shoot that as a "slip-stroke" shot. He didnt need new cloth;)

Not even comparible. De Luna was 8 feet away...Trump is 12 inches away.

Not bad. If you want to see some ridiculous draw with an open bridge (and 1/2 the stroke length) you should see Judd Trump.

Mind you that's napped cloth, a 12 foot table, a low-tech snooker cue that might as well be from a century ago, still making all these at maximum power being impossibly precise...

Not just the first shot or two... Several of the Juddernaut's shots in those clips were 8 foot draw shots with over 15 feet of draw straight back and arcs where he was sliding the CB up to up and down a 12 foot table three times. De Luna used the side rail to help him out so the CB never had to stop and bleed spin going backwards, it immediately kicked itself across to the next rail then took a single lap around the table. Not easy at all, but I promise you the distance and friction Trump was working with easily equals or beats that. Plus on half those shots he drew in a 10 foot arc to precisely break up problem balls... With amounts over £40,000 hanging in the balance.

I watched and compared both of them. Equally impressive and I don't know if there is a clear winner...I'd call it a "draw".

DeLuna's shot is more spin than draw, it only draws to the second rail and this was aided by the rail next to the OB.

Scott trust me on this one, there are some *ridiculous* stroke shots by Trump on video. To be fair, DeLuna didn't get even the majority of his action from draw. It was all spin. Check out the video "The man with the rolls royce cue action" if you want to see some downright disgusting cue power. (Stephen Lee). It's 29 minutes, but its chock full of unreal shots. The 2nd shot at 35 seconds is pretty amazing. Or what about this total monster: https://youtu.be/pgq-fvQKt7Y?t=2m30s

Also, I think the video with Larry Nevel on a valley bar box is one of the most impressive stoke demonstrations I've ever seen. Corey does the shot DeLuna did pretty routinely lol. He's crazy.

Would this be the same Jack Weems that was in the Air Force in Panama City,Fl. in the late seventies. From Tenneesee I beleive. Good pool player. If so.me (Larry Hayes) and Jerry Smith played with him a lot.

yeah....he actually hits rail first which throws it to the opposite long rail and the spin takes over. Yes, even if it's frozen you can hit rail first. We used to have to do that shot for our instructor with different speeds, to get on balls he would throw up, before he would call it a day
