Eventually the ranking list will be the official list of contracted players. That doesn't seem to have happened yet.
Here is a list from Absolute Pool, whoever that is. I couldn't find any announcement on the matchroompool.com site. They say 128 but the list below only has 127 -- maybe I didn't paste right.

That site also listed unsigned pros:

World number 29 Wojciech Szewczyk was the highest ranked player not to sign the contract, while his Polish compatriot Daniel Maciol and Spain’s Jose Delgado were the only other members of the world’s top 50 to decline the invitation. Other notable names who will not be amongst the 2024 professionals include International Open semi-finalist Gerson Martinez and Portugal’s Miguel Silva as well as Poland’s Mateusz Sniegocki and Sebastian Batkowski.

Jayson is vaguebooking. Kinda makes it sound like he’s considering moving on from pool. But who knows for sure.

If you want a Europe + Asia lifestyle instead of a Europe + US one, then Dubai is a reasonable spot for a sporting nomad. A number of professional golfers live in the UAE.

he's been talking about opening a pool room in dubai or some other arab country. that's probably it, he's just being drama queen about it

It is certainly in character for him to create a bunch of pointless drama over what is nothing more than a business decision for him and his family. If you want to move, just move. It's not a big deal.
