Kamui8 - New?

I saw these on ebay:

was wondering how legit it is, and if anyones tried them before. According to the site, its called Kamui8, and they are not available in the US.

When I Googled I found a couple of forums in asia where it seemed they are just getting them. However, they look to me to be the same thing as the brown Kamui.

I wonder if they are changing the name in the new runs of these tips. I can see it now. Someone will say the original kamuis play 2 balls better than the new kamui 8's and the price of the old tips will double. I am saving my regular kamui browns they may double in price.
