Very cool! Is that cross grain maple for the buttcap? I've never seen that before.

The pointed cue is an old Runde-era Schon blank.
Tight grain maple with cocobolo and ebony points.

They're here somewhere. Black and purply.

Sanded these two and will be polishing shafts next two days.
Both owned. Bocote handle will have linen wrap. It was used to add weight .
I can't find that curly rattan on the left in thick sizes .
Owner of the cue sent me the wood. That after the first one was lost in the mail. POS post office.
Got some 3/4 thick curly rattan and will laminate them.

Will be second-coating a few cues soon too.

Danny if you have a Joey you'd be very happy with it. I got mine in Nov and have played better with it.

I inquired about the black beauty cue for a very good friend, it would be finished very similar to my current Joey. Unfortunately he is cash-trapped.

I am not sure where it'd end up but I am 100% sure the owner will get a cue that is second to none.

Keep teasing Joey, it's getting more colorful
