I'm a big fan of Nitti cues. I have a merry widow and a 4 point, flame veneer cue. Love them both. If I was starting over, the cue you linked is one I would have bought. Note that his handles are on the thicker side, usually 1.27" to 1.28" at the bumper.

Yes. I have a couple friends that own them. Chris is a nice guy too. Unfortunately I do not own one... yet...

For cuemaker of the Year at the Expo last year there were many super embellished and elaborate cues, one in particular that, while very gorgeous, you wouldnt be able to shoot with it if you tried.

I voted for Chris' cue. While very beautiful but not as embellished as the other cues, it was the happy mix of both. Still very fancy, but something you would still shoot with and would make your main player.

I would most always choose a custom cue over a production cue though I would encourage you to call up the cuemaker and have it built to your design and specifications.
