Tim Scruggs - Ebony into Birdseye Maple
Here is a vintage well-used Scruggs kept in good used condition. Cue features a birdseye maple forearm w/ an old-school veneerless four dark ebony points. Dark gabon ebony buttsleeve. TS logo on the delrin buttcap. White w/ brown speckles irish linen wrap. Rare westinghouse micarta joint & ferrules. 5/16x14 piloted joint. Maple-dashed rings above and below joint.
Both shafts has Thoroughbred Medium w/ white fibre pads put on.
Comes with two shafts, one original, the other was later ordered from Tim.
Also comes w/ 1B2S delrin joint protectors, brown bumper that matches the whole old-school vintage look.
Specs of the cue as follow:
Butt: 15.32oz - 29 inches
Shaft 1: 3.67oz (12.50mm) - 29 inches
Shaft 2: 4.11oz (12.65mm) - 29 inches
Condition:
Both shafts are well-played, has the seasoned patina look.
Butt and original shaft was sent to Proficient Billiards for a full refinished a couple years ago. Buttsleeve has a few finish flaws (bumps & chips) - Please see the last two pictures.
