Is this made by the same company that makes the Predator light? If not, how is it different besides the price?

I built my own very similar light with parts from Amazon & Home Depot. It came out good, but if I had it to do over again I would buy this light. A much better deal!

I ordered my light on Thursday, delivered Tuesday and my wife and I put it up same evening. About 2 hours to install. Ceilings are 10ft, so that added some time up and down the ladder. The light looks amazing and I did what Tony suggested, I got a smart plug and ran an extension cord and I just turn it on with my phone. Also, that is the 8ft light on a 9ft table . Had to get that so it would line up on the suspended ceiling between the overhead lights. It was perfect and it's plenty of light. The light before we raised it sat right inside the rails on the table. We didn't exactly measure the distance between the light and the table, just raised it high enough over the TV. I did put my cue up against it to measure. I'd say the light hangs about 54 inches above the table. Everything you need comes with the light and easy instructions.

The room is still a work in progress...ignore the orange carpet and yellow walls. :sneaky:
