Hello, you need to post more complete photo's of the cue. Like the cues joint, the cues butt, the shafts ferrules.

It is very difficult to say who made the cue, but it certainly appears to be a Custom Cue. What strikes me as strange is why some one would cut the cue below the points to install the Black band in the photo's. Is the cue a Jump Break Cue?

maybe it was and someone glued it together? i think it looks cool.

someone is saying ingram?

someone is sayingits an early ingram is there anyway to find out ya or na and no it is not a jumper the band is solid I shot with it last night and I really like it. the cue itsself seemed real good but I think the driver had to much beer.
