This is an unused Billiard Congress of America vinyl folder/envelope from their 6th Annual Trade Expo which took place on July 20-22,1989 in Nashville, Tennessee. It was made similar to a regular envelope with a flap on the back. It is approx. 14 3/4" wide and 9 3/4" tall with the flap closed.The front cover includes endorsements from the BCA, Steepleton, Hood Leather Goods, Daniel T. Gauci Slate, and Huebler's Industries.These envelopes are very hard to find, especially in an unused condition, and are quite collectible.
