You missed the irony and humor in my original post. And thanks for the invite but I have no interest in NPR. It's the same old ad nauseam arguments and debates by people who feel the need to throttle other people in a forum who they likely don't even know.
Majority of the time it's racially charged and/or narrow minded or it's a copy and paste news feed and then beat the living shit out of each other debating it....not my style.
Plus, I'm too open minded for most of the NPR regulars and don't have the will to argue until blue in the face.
I will say there are a few balanced and humane individuals who frequent the NPR section that I do respect and you Sir are one of them.
Happy Holidays..

Hungarian, not to start an argument, specially in a Sticky.
If you spent a bit of time at NPR, getting to know the guys who hang there, that might change your opinion a bit.
Granted, there are heated discussions everyday. No one breaks any serious rules, no name calling etc. Really well behaved for the most part. At the end of the day, no one hates each other.
The last time that Dave was over, other than the odd joke in the joke or Music Threads, was not long ago, and that was to give none other than Coco a warning.
I think that speaks volumes right there.
Besides, I don't believe that they are asking for, as you said, anyone that feels that they can or the need to clean up any particular Forum on AZ, Guns Ablaze. That's not particularly what Moderation is about.
AZB is making a few changes for the future, trying new things in the Sale Forum and probably planning the need for a couple of extra Moderators to handle the expansion in other areas.
The Machinery and Cue maker Forums are self Moderating as are some of the others. The only other one that I do frequent is the Main. Pretty quiet most days around there as well, but about the only one that one needs to be a little vigilant on occasion.
