Maybe the Medalist model? Judging from their Facebook page, they have changed to a newer model that has levelers. Their website claims Brunswick:

The tops look pretty close to the GC3. I used to play in a room that had a mixture, and they all played about the same. I think they were all 1995 vintage and had the dying rubber problem.

The rubber has been replaced. These are all pinball machines.

Yes, I believe so as well.
The room in question seems to have turned them in for a more modern design.
I preferred the Medalist over the GC for one pocket because the ball storage slots were less problematic. The room I played in that had both did not have any small-pocket Medalists.
From this view, looks like a Brunswick Medalist. Not the 100-year old Medalist, but the one that came out in the 1980’s.
