What's the difference between those shafts from Cuetec?

The second one is titled "flat" but the description is exactly the same on both shafts. Does anyone know what's the difference?

Coming from web design that's a pretty bad description on the site, Not once is flat metioned besides the title of the item .

The only thing i see online from any seller is the 3/8x10 flat is a pin type

That was my only guess, that the 3/8x10 flat could be the modified pin (by Bob Dzuricky?).

I Would think same shaft one's flat faced joint and the other is piloted joint.

If you go to top of page and click on marketplace shafts cuetec 3/8x10 mod it will have 3/8x10 flat on the side of shaft
