Mark Selby 10 V 7 Ding Junhui

There is a 3 Frame gap & I like continuation so Scotbet gave me the following quotes , Selby 18-15 @ 7/1 Junhui 18-15 @ 14/1 . I shuffled a £1 on each .

To win the next session , Scotbet quoted me 13/10 for Junhui to win the session so I shuffled £3 for the win .

I do believe if Ding doesn't at least tie this session it all over .

What do you think ?

BBC extend snooker deal

http://www.sportinglife.com/snooker...l-remain-on-terrestrial-television-until-2019

Quote :

BBC Sport director Barbara Slater said: "We know there will be millions of snooker fans across the country celebrating the fact they can continue to watch world-class snooker on free-to-air television."

Free to air television ? There is no free to air television with the BBC . If you don't cough up £145.50 per year for you risk a fine of £1,000 or a jail sentence .

My TV Licence was up on 28/02/2016 so they have sold out on all the sports Crown Jewels and for the first time I thought no I'm not paying for a service I hardly ever use so what happens if I don't pay ?

They constantly bombard you with telephone calls at various time of the day then they refer you to a Debt Collection agency then they threaten to send an Enforcement Officer to your door .

I expected the chap at the door when the Snooker was on but now it will probably be when the Euro Football Championships are on . I can pay but not in a rush to do so lol !:thumbup:

Are the rankings related to winnings in pounds or some such?

The rankings operating on a two-year rolling system, only victory in Sheffield would have been sufficient for Selby to remain at the summit, and he duly delivered by defending the £300,000 he picked up in the 2014 event.

The world rankings operate on a two-year 'rolling' system, meaning that this year Selby came into the World Championship facing the prospect of having to defend £300,000 of his ranking total following his maiden Sheffield success back in 2014. In fact had he lost in the early stages of the tournament, Selby faced the prospect of dropping down to as low as seventh position in the ranking list.

Significantly, Selby's achievement means that he has now finished the season as world number one for a fifth successive year, a feat matched only by Ray Reardon, Steve Davis and Stephen Hendry before him.

also becomes the first player to retain the number one ranking for a complete season since the introduction of 'rolling' rankings following the 2010 World Championship.

Yeah, thanks for that....I caught 'two' on a live chat....
...probably misheard it.

...and thanx for your loyal coverage, as always....I read every word.
....but I tried to change my system.....I always cheer for Fu...so I decided not to mention his name this year....it seemed to be working until that last match...and I feel pretty bad about that uncalled foul....he's going to have to talk about it publicly or it will haunt him forever.
