Just so you know. The Legends also has its own No Pro $1,000 added event on the same date, April 25th-26th.

Yea but this is for EVERYBODY and the entry is cheap. Also the payout is pretty high. 1st place gaurantee over $5,000

Sad

It's really a sad day for THE PLAYERS when tournament directors in the same town can't coordinate.~imo

I believe Shane and I will be there--nothing 100% yet though. I have to be in Houston on Friday for work and Shane is still finalizing this schedule for the next few weeks but he's probably coming to Texas this week until Vegas.

So hopefully we will see everyone there! I might have to drop by Legends too because I know lots of my friends are playing in that one instead.

Cool Deal. See you then hopefully.

Tourney

The tournament directors do their best to try and not schedule over other in-town or even the larger out of town tournaments. Unfortunately, there are two tournaments in the Houston area this weekend.

On the bright side, Legend's tournament only allows a certain amount of players and unfortunately has to turn people away who have not registered in time, giving the Bogies Classic the overflow of players that come into town and do not qualify or are turned away from the Legends tourney, due to a full bracket. Also, the Bogies Classic is an Open event, allowing anybody to play.

I commend the tournament directors for all their efforts and work that they put into trying to organize tourneys to ensure that players of all calibers are able to compete, keeping the pool world alive and thriving.

1st place?

thanks for clarifying, was going to call you and find out what the deal was with 1st place....

There has only been one regularly scheduled event in the area. Many players would like to play in both! Myself included.

Will there be live streaming at this event?
