With three tours it's in a real bad crisis?
I dont think he is talking about tournaments. I think he means Texas players wont gamble.

I can't argue with that...and apparently neither can McLaren!!!
Give us JJ,,,(not JumpinJoe) and we will give the State the call eight!!
First off, it was broken down to areas of Texas, since it's so big. And I think I said the top 5 from Houston is going to be tough for any 5 from Texas period. Now if you want to take 5 from your area in Texas, and I dont give a ***** who you got they get played by the 5 I mentioned. I dont need to answer any more questions, thats an offer to all. I'll get em to play on my end, and i'll stake it.
Just load your truck up and bring 5.
And yes they will give the 5 from different areas named earlier an azz whoopin... Your right thats not the best 5 they could round up, those 5 got no shot

You are blowing this way out of proportion.
You guys turn a simple question into a cock fight.
If you don't have good players in your area don't reply to the thread

I thought I was going to pick 5 from Texas and you were picking 5 from someplace else.
My 5 from Texas would be : David G, Hillbilly, Rene Rendon, Jeremy and Tommy Sanders

Since im from Florida, I guess I could let you have these Texans. I could take my 5 from Florida to match up with them in 9-ball. That would be ok? Although its never going to happen, we can dream.
It seems like every state has there share of strong players. Players that are good enough to go pro but they can make more money by just gambling.
Where would James Walden be now if he would have cleaned up and went pro?
I think I can almost name the top 20 players in Oklahoma that do play pro.
I know, anything you do to make money to support yourself and your family is your profession. I just mean pro status.

2. Joey Gray
3. Shane McMinn
4. Shawn King
5. Billy Dyke
6. Mike Douglas
7. Mark Dimmick
8. Jeff Melton
9. Andy Freidenhoff
10. Steve Deason
11. Brian Jones
12. David Weaver
13. Randy Estes
14. Dave Holland
15. James Walden
16. Steve Gregg
17. Allen Hanson
18. Mike Thomas
19. Sonny Tiger
20. Joe Carsons
I'm not ranking these players just putting them down as they come to mind. I didn't put Gabe or Danny Harriman down because they are pros
