What if you were to receive all the payments within the 13+ hours before the raffle when you posted this.
It has not happened. I wouldn't want to promise everyone on friday and have it cancelled at the last minute because there were uncompleted payment. Therefore i make the decision to move it to tuesday in advance. To be fair to everyone, I will reopen the spots by week ends for those unable to fulfil the payment, so we can be ready for TUESDAY's draw.
