Wolverine: I’ll give some thought to my top ten and get back to you, dear fellow. It’s rather subjective, of course, and I suspect even personal choices may fluctuate over time but I’ll give it my best shot.
Hard Knock Cues: Hearty congratulations on your fabulous acquisition of the Raschig R15s, sir. Both plain and dotted cueballs were supplied with this classic set… plain examples were found in earlier versions. The dotted whites arrived a little later, particularly those exported to America by Dufferin in the 1980s.
Both blue and brick red boxes are also a correct accompaniment to the Raschig R15s. Again, the blue boxes (West Germany logo) were earlier, with the red version (Dekorit logo) being used for later castings. The red boxes were somewhat better quality, with a thicker woven cardboard, but are not considered particularly more collectible. Both are highly desirable and valuable.
