Thanks for finding this and posting.
Seems like the bottom half of the bracket is tougher than the top.

i'm not qualified to assess that, but the bottom half has genghis khan:

i bet he can make some damage

He hates Chinese food
Before the Mosconi I heard an interview with one of the European players (think it was Moritz, but may be misremembering) and he'd mentioned about them all living together in the run up to it to practice and bond and he said they all took it in turn to cook for the whole group, but Filler didn't join in and just had his own food separately as he's a fussy eater (don't think he used that phrase, but it was obviously implied).

I presume your comment is a joke, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was actually true.

joke is he only eats mcdonalds. don't know how true it is

The money is coming from the company that makes the tables, Joy.
Sorry for being a lifelong pool guy and asking this question, but…can you tell me about the tables they play hey ball on? Size, ball size what’s different than a traditional American table. Thx

I might be mistaken but I think the table and balls are broadly the size of American pool with pockets the size of a snooker table.

Not tried it, but it looks like the hardest form of pool.

Or he REALLY likes Chinese women and his ol lady won't let him go. ;)
Nah, it's the food, and the fact it's too hard. Same reason Fedor doesn't give it a real bash. When he was in Shanghai, Josh basically ate pizza and pasta the whole time (so did the rest of the Germans for that matter lol)

For a league amateur (300-400 level) it would be rare to make more than 1 ball in an inning. Pros can handle them all right but their patterns need to change.

I’ve run out on one before but it was with a very easy layout with no balls on any rails. Side pockets can play bigger than some modern tricked up 9-ball tournament tables you see pros play on.
