Finished tip trimmed, and polished the outside with some 600 grit paper. This is a snooker tip and is Ø9.55 mm

Using a block for support on the back jaw face. Drilling the M6 hole for clamping the router.I drill down with a 6.1mm drill just pass the slot mark.T
