Finished tip trimmed, and polished the outside with some 600 grit paper. This is a snooker tip and is Ø9.55 mm
Trimmed front radius and moved around to the radial diameter stop, ready for the continuation of the pass.
Set up tip on mandre, Tip radius and diameter stop have already been set on a set up piece.

Cutting the 3mm wide slide through for the Router Clamp. Slitting saws if available makes for a quick and easy way of slitting these sort of things.
Using a block for support on the back jaw face. Drilling the M6 hole for clamping the router.I drill down with a 6.1mm drill just pass the slot mark.T
