Im looking to have my Z and OB pro class inserts changed over to Uni.... How much would it cost? Any damage to shafts in the long run?

I have a 314 2 shaft with a kamui hard brown tip i believe... Had the shaft turned down a hair to fit my player so the logo is off... Let me know what you think
