Elliot, The 9' Gold Crown 1 is located in flowery branch ga. 30 minutes from alpharetta. Like I said the finish is dull but table is an ausome player. 770-639-0708 I can post pics as soon as I take some.

gold crown 1 I have a 9' gold crown 1 1962 fully original all working parts and original white retro skirt with ball return and drop pockets. The finish was redone and never cleared so its kind of dull but certainly does not change the play. Let me know

Thanks for the input. I think you are right and its a Dale Perry with a backwards D. So who and what is a Dale Perry cue. Is it custom or just a wanna be. T

Has anybody heard of a cue made by a family member of J Pechauer? I came across one today that had the letters DP on the butt and it was signed by D Pechauer 1/1. Nice looking cue, I will post pics tomorrow, but in the mean time any ideas please say so. Thanks T

Gold Crown I have a 1961 Gold Crown 1 all original with ball return and those crazy looking white aprons that hide the ball return. It is located in the Atlanta area.

Like a ton. It has great rails as far as I can tell. I've been doing a little research online and found that the Gold Crown 1 is only rubbered with k55 Superspeed. Is there a replacement cushion available other than Brunswick that plays as well if not better? Tom

Thanks Matt. That helps a lot. I do have skirting that is plastic on this table, which I guess installs below the blinds. Anyway I paid 1200.00 for this table and just need to gain as much info on it as possible before I attempt to put it back together. I want to do it original as possible. Tom

I have purchased what I think to be an original Gold Crown 1 and from what I can tell its from the first year based on the colors that were on it. Somebody had taken the original finsih of white and orange and removed it, put a piss pour mahogany on it and didn't clear it. Any Idea on value...
